Claude Monet Art History
Bring ART into Language Arts. 5 DAYS OF ART HISTORY (Monday through Friday). Students will learn about Claude Monet and Impressionism. They will get to play different roles as they go through the days.
Day 1 and 2- Researchers
Day 3- Writer
Day 4- Art Critic
Day 5- Artist

1 Art Critique of one of the artist's most popular artwork (Day 4)
1 activity page, where students can color a replica of the artist's work (Day 5)

The writing prompt allows for flexibility in writing expectations, which can be set by teacher prior to assigning the writing prompt.

Students will need coloring pencils, markers, or crayons.
